This Privacy Policy describes how Midnight Launch Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Time to Rogue on iPhone or Apple Watch. In short: Time to Rogue does not collect any personal data.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. Time to Rogue has no analytics, no advertising, and no accounts of our own. Optional leaderboards and purchases use Apple services, as described below.
Your run, best floor, and settings are stored locally on your devices. If you use both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps, the latest complete save is transferred between your paired devices using Apple's Watch Connectivity framework. Midnight Launch Games does not operate a server for this transfer and cannot see your save data. Uninstalling the app from both devices removes the locally stored game data.
Time to Rogue can send you a local notification when your focus has fully recovered. These notifications are scheduled on your device. There is no server involved and nothing is sent to us. You can disable them anytime in your notification settings.
Time to Rogue includes leaderboards powered by Apple's Game Center. Participation is optional. You choose whether to sign in. When you submit a score, Apple associates it with your Game Center account and public nickname; this is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We can see the public nicknames and scores that appear on the leaderboard, but we never receive your real name, email, or other personal details, and we don't store any of it on our own servers.
Time to Rogue offers an optional, non-consumable Supporter Pack through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the transaction and provides the app with the purchase entitlement needed to unlock it. We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchases are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
The iPhone widget and Apple Watch complication read a limited game snapshot from a shared storage area on your device. This information is used only to show your current game status and is not sent to Midnight Launch Games.
The iPhone app periodically downloads a public news and tips file from midnightlaunchgames.com. The request does not include your save, Game Center identity, purchase history, or a device identifier. As with any website request, ordinary connection information such as an IP address may be processed by our website hosting provider to deliver the file. We do not use this request to track you or build a user profile.
Time to Rogue does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It uses Apple platform services for optional Game Center leaderboards, App Store purchases, communication between a paired iPhone and Apple Watch, notifications, widgets, and complications. Public news and tips are delivered by our website hosting provider.
Time to Rogue is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
